Red Eagle 47RE Snap-In front band
Great product. Will hold at a much greater than OEM band. Slid right into place. Took Me about 45 minutes as I was a first timer.

Alternative to removing transmission to replace band.
I installed it yesterday into my 1999 Dodge Ram that has about 230,000 miles. It was a fairly difficult job, but it solved the problem of the transmission slipping from first to third gear. Without this fix, it would probably be heading to the junkyard since a rebuilt transmission costs more than the book value of the truck. If I need any other transmission parts I will take a look at your site first.

Solid fix
Easy install, when out of band adjustment and the drum is in good condition this is an inexpensive repair to complete.
